The newest issue of the best magazine the world has ever seen features a long overdue dedication to one of my favorite countries, musically speaking. Brazil.Brazil has produced some of the most original, funkiest and dancable music that has ever entered my eardrums, yet has wholeheartedly refused to sell out it roots. Every new genre it produces or adopts (Samba, Bossa Nova, Kumbia, ect) has a very native Brazilian feel and jive to it. It is such a loving sound. Lovers of fun, sun, parties, beautiful women, bikinis, and all things deemed exotic and tropical...their music is full of the love of life.
The "Brazil Issue" features Gilberto Gil & Airto Moreira as coverboys and should be required reading for all lovers of music.
